I’m a long time bare kiss user… I went back to look at my email order history and I’ve been using exclusively bare kiss on my lips since 2021!! (Gasp where has the time gone!?!) Like a few others who left a review in the 2025 time frame, I noticed there was something a bit off about the last purchase of bare kiss I made, but I’m here to report that the newly restocked bare kiss is INCREDIBLE! Whatever seemed to be a little off last time has definitely been corrected, and trust me you won’t want to miss out on the silky, smooth, and lovely smelling bare kiss back in stock now. Two of my three bars of soap arrived damaged due to lack of proper packaging. I've contacted Customer Service and they are expediting replacements (Thank you!). I have been waiting since 9/01 for my 2 Bare Butters without any updates/product. They're going to miss the baby showers this weekend that I was planning them for but I would appreciate them being expedited to me so I can get them to the new Mamas before they have their babies! ***Buyer beware **I used to love this product and had been using it for over a year. Recently received two orders in which the formula has drastically changed for the worse. Super stick when applying and smells rancid upon opening it. Also had zero luck receiving a response from customer service to resolve the issue. Would not recommend this product nor this company going forward.
I love your chapstick but this batch smelled old & then I realized the label was actually put on top of the old label. I realize label changes happen. Ive been through a couple changes of logos and styles of chapstick tubes. This batch doesn’t feel nice on my skin and leaves sort of like a film on my lips.
I like the product. I received the three pack of lip balm as a gift. It’s quite nice. The cap wears down in a matter of days and will not stay on in my pocket. It slips off and I find the cap and tube separate in my pocket. That’s never happened with any other lip balm before. Room for improvement on the packaging. The third tube I opened is rancid. Smells terrible. The other two tubes are still smelling fine. So this must be a defect.

I absolutely loved this lip balm the first time I ordered it. I got the 3-pack and it was perfect - smelled great and moisturized so well. Something has changed; my most recent order of the lip balm smells absolutely rancid. It almost has a strong, chemical insolvent kind of smell, but overall something is just off. All 3 tubes smell the same, and the product is unusable. It's also a bright yellow color now, and the original balms were a very light, almost clear color.
I have had a real problem finding Chapstick that doesn’t dry my lips. I found bare kiss about three years ago and it works great!

Great product. Original formula had more a mint smell. The formula is now different and not as great as original. Still a great lip balm
I love this product and have used these lip balms for myself and my family for years. My only criticism is the packaging. I loved the oval shape of the tube. It didn’t roll away and looked elevated and gave the products a unique appearance from other balms on the market. Would love to see you go back to that oval shape for the lip balms.

We only made the switch to this shape because it’s now in a Plant Pod®—a 100% plastic-free tube made from plants. The previous tube was made from recycled plastic, so this is an even more sustainable option. For now, the Plant Pod® only comes in this shape, but we truly appreciate your thoughts. 🤍

Baeo bare kiss has been my favorite lip balm for a while now. I’ve ordered it repeatedly! But lately, something has changed. The last 2 orders have come smelling rancid. I want to continue to love this product but don’t think I will be ordering again, sadly.
The first time I ordered maybe 2 years ago now, I was in love with these chapsticks. I gave them to friends and raved. Recently, I repurchased and they smell really strange after being open for 4 months. It's Like glue or old library books. I've not had this happen with any chapstick before. Even my tube I've had for 2 years smells fine and still has a hint of mint. But these newer tubes just aren't the same. I miss the older branding, and the oval tube shape.

I don't lose these lip balms! The feel on the lips is bliss. No wind or chap at all after a 3 day sub zero ski trip! Plus the shape of the packaging keeps the container from rolling away. I will keep reordering.

I have been obsessed with Baeo for a few years now. It is an absolute must in my household. Purse, backpack, lunch, diaper bags, car (during good temps), upstairs, downstairs, you get it. This lip balm is perfect AND with good ingredients. The consistency is smooth. Hint of a scent is so light and soothing. Bare Face is what I would take to a deserted island. Every. Single. Time. It saved my face during the first winter I tried it and always keeps my under eyes moisturized. I cannot live without it. I have stocked up and given the bare kiss and bare face as gifts every year and the recipients always tell me this is so good and where did I get them. It has helped friends and babies with extra dry skin, even some eczema. I love how it stays moist. Even offers a shine reminding me of the "glass skin" popularized my Korean skincare lovers. I used to be very into make up but have grown to focus on taking care of my natural beauty and loving my skin. Bare face nourishes and protects. Feels so good on! I really could go on and on. I was worried when I couldn't find Baeo on Instagram anymore and then saw the updated look. (I will be honest, I miss the cute small baby logo) I scrutinized the ingredients and all is the same. Thank goodness. I trust this brand like no other. If they keep making these two products, I will buy it forever. Thank you ladies for making this.

My lips do not like winter and this has saved them every year! My kids love it. My husband uses it. I put it around my eyes if they feel dry and it makes everything so supple and moisturized. Literally the BEST! ❤️
